Will Agatha All Along feature Salem’s Seven? Villain group explained
Thanks some new information found in the premiere of Agatha All Along, some viewers believe the show will feature one of Marvel’s most infamous villain groups.
At long last,WandaVision‘s spinoff miniseriesAgatha All Alonghas debuted its first two episodes three years after its predecessor’s premiere.
While Agatha will have to deal with her dangerous journey on the witches’ road, she may find herself in even more trouble as a bigger bad guy is coming for her.
Salem’s Seven is a group closely tied to Agatha’s story, but who are they and how will they play a roll in the show going forward? Here’s everything we know.
Salem’s Seven origins explained
The group know as Salem’s Seven areAgatha Harkness’ grandchildren by her son.
The fierce warlock known asNicholas Scratchis the only child of Agatha. The pair used to live in the reclusive town of New Salem, Colorado before his mother decided abandon her role as the most powerful being in their community to try to live a normal life.
This normal life included becoming the nanny to Franklin Richards, son of Reed and Sue Richards of theFantastic Four.
Nicholas then took over New Salem and bore seven children who were then forever known as Salem’s Seven.
While the group appeared to be normal looking humans, they each possessed an unique supernatural ability which included turning into humanoid creates with animal features.
Poisoned by their father’s hatred of his mother and the Fantastic Four, Salem’s Seven attempted to kidnap both Agatha and Franklin in order to get revenge for Nicholas.

Thankfully, the Fantastic Four were able to thwart their plan and Salem’s Seven, along with New Salem, turned on Nicholas.
The group also acted as the main antagonists for Wanda and her husband,Vision, when they traveled to New Salem, but the opposing forces eventually became allies.
In the 2014 comic New Warriors, the team can be seen acting as the protectors of New Salem, which is now seen as a haven for all people “born of magic.”
Will Salem’s Seven be in Agatha All Along?
Episode 1confirmed Salem’s Seven will play a large role in Agatha All Along.
Since she lost her magical abilities to Wanda, Agatha is now incredibly vulnerable, so her mortal enemy Rio Vidal (Aubrey Plaza) tries to murder her.
However, Aagtha manages to convince Rio to allow her to get her powers back so they could have a fair fight. The green witch agrees, but warns Agatha that Salem’s Seven will be coming for her regardless if she’s powerful or not.
We then see the group in Episode 2 when they attack Agatha and her coven as they try to open the portal to the witches’ road.
Though they don’t succeed in taking down the purple witch, it’s clear they will pose as Agatha All Along’s true big bad.
