Take-Two CEO shares GTA 6 release update ahead of 2025 launch window
Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick updated fans on Rockstar’s plans to release GTA 6 in 2025.

During Take-Two Q3 2024 Earnings call, Strauss Zelnick was asked about theGTA 6launch and when a decision to release the game will be made.

According to Zelnick, no one person will be making the call to release GTA VI, claiming that everyone is “in this together.”
“We’re seeking perfection. When we feel that we’ve optimized this, we’ll plan for release,” he said. “We’re in this together. We have profit-sharing plans at the company, our goal is to align everyone’s interest with the shareholders.”

These remarks echoprevious statements from Zelnickwith the CEO stating that Rockstar is determined to “set creative benchmarks for the series, industry and entertainment” with thedevs also looking to“exceed players’ expectations.”
Unfortunately, this seems to suggest that Rockstar could very well end up delaying the release of GTA 6 if the game still isn’t up to their elite standards by the time 2025 rolls around.
