The story of K-Pop superstars Mira, Rumi, and Zooey protecting the world from supernatural threats became an immediate hit, and just nine days later, Netflix announced thatDemon Hunters was their most watched animated movieof all-time.
With songs from the movie also flying up the charts, and scenes all over social media, K-Pop Demon Hunters has been a bona fide phenomenon. And now, the film has another records in its sights…

K-Pop Demon Hunters is now the fourth most watched movie of all-time on Netflix, and the film is well on its way to ousting Ryan Reynolds and Dwayne Johnson vehicle Red Notice from the top spot.
The film has received a total of 158.8 million views since debuting, putting the Demon Hunters behind the aforementioned Red Notice (230.9 million views), as well asCarry-On(172.1 million), and Don’t Look Up (171.4 million).
But there’s time for it to overtake that trio, as Netflix decides ‘all-time’ lists using views in the first 91 days on release, meaning K-Pop has seven more weeks to reach Number 1.
