NavigatingSoulmask’s vast map on foot is overwhelming, so you’ll want to tame an Alpaca for easier travel. Not only doAlpacas have more stamina than your character, but they also have ahigher maximum weight, allowing you to stockpile more loot during your adventures. Plus, having an animal companion by your side is always useful if you need to make a swift escape.
Alpacas are just one of five mounts available inSoulmask. In addition to Alpacas, you can also tame and mountLlamas, Panthers, Ostriches, and Snow Leopards.Although the other animal mounts may seem more appealing than an Alpaca, they are also more difficult to obtain as they require you to progress further in the game. How To Tame and Breed Alpacas In Soulmask
Use Alpacas As a Mount
Before you may tame and breed an Alpaca in Soulmask, you’ll need to know where to find one. Known spawn locations for Alpacas are theBarbarian Barrack (Guardian: Claw Tribe)and theBarbarian Barrack (Guardian: Flint Tribe). Additionally, you can find wild Alpacas roaming throughout the map.
Once you arrive at one of the camps, look for the Alpacas in one of thefenced enclosures. Then, break the gate, enter the enclosure, approach one of the baby Alpacas, and use the “E” key to pick it up.Now, you’ll want to take the baby Alpaca back to your camp to begin taming and breeding it, much likebreeding inPalword.

It is better to kill everyone in the camp before leaving with the baby Alpaca; otherwise, the opponents will attack you as you attempt to depart with their livestock. If this occurs, simply place the Alpaca down, kill the enemy, pick it up, and continue on your route.
Once you’ve returned the newborn Alpaca to your camp, place it in a fenced area to prevent it from straying away. At this point, you simply need to feed and water the baby Alpaca until it is fully grown. So, you’ll probably want to add aWater Trough and Feed Troughto your fenced enclosure. Here’s a list of items Alpacas can eat to help them grow:

At this point, it’s just a matter of keeping your Alpaca fed and watching it grow until it’s a full adult. Once it’s an adult, you only need to make a saddle to mount and ride it.
How To Mount Alpaca
Likeflying mounts inPalworld, to mount and ride an alpaca inSoulmask, you’ll need to craft an Alpaca Saddle. To do that, you must open your Technology Tree tab and, under “Dawn of the New Tribe,” find Leather Gear and Saddlecraft.
Here, you can find the Alpaca Saddle, which requires 15 Leather, 10 Leather Rope, and 10 Coarse Cotton at the Armor Forging Tableto make. Once you’ve got the saddle, simply go up to the Alpaca and put it on. Now you can ride your Alpaca to traverseSoulmask’s map easily.
