The Queen Mother could barely look at Helaena’s eyes after what happened and not even addressed Aegon after the king burst into tears in front of her. While the killers of Jaehaerys are dead, Aegon still wants blood for what happened. With an “iron fist” as his Hand,Aegon II is ready to take what had so far been a silent war straight to Rhaenyra.
