Horror fans hail “disturbing” posters for Longlegs
Longlegs, the movie that’s been dubbed the “scariest of 2024” (beforeits release), just dropped a series of “disturbing” posters, sparking even more hype among horror fans.
Themarketing campaign for Longlegshas been nothing short of genius. Matching the eerie elusiveness ofSkinamarink, studio Neon first releasedthe haunting “that’s not my daughter” teaserearlier this month, followed by one titled ‘Remember to say your prayers’, alluding to the occult.

Amid the release of the second teaser, the film in question was reported to be Longlegs, Oz Perkins’ upcoming horror starringNicolas Cage, Maika Monroe, Alicia Witt, and Blair Underwood. The movie itself centers on a serial killer, and a case that takes a sinister turn when an FBI investigator unearths evidence of the occult.
Neon recently dropped an equally cryptic third teaser, and now “disturbing” posters for the anticipatedhorrorflick have arrived, alongside reports that the full trailer is coming very soon – and fans can’t wait.

“Disturbing” posters for Longlegs praised by horror fans
Proving once again that Longlegs is one to watch in 2024, Neon dropped four “disturbing” posters for the movie, each with their own creepy, cryptic captions relating to a crime case.
The first shows an image of a girl in front of a snow-covered house, alongside the caption: “The birthday girl. 8 years old. Police report: August 25, 2025. So lucky to celebrate.”

Another shows a nun covered in blood with her face covered, with Neon writing: “Door to door there she goes. Where she stops nobody knows. Except for him. He knows.”
A third poster shows a woman holding a knife to her stomach, with the caption, “Mrs Camera. Mother. Father. Priest. Axe. 1975. It was a good day. For a good girl. To be at school.”

Last but definitely not least is the full image of the long legs that were shown in the first eerie teaser. The extended version shows a girl and a woman’s dead bodies, their top halves covered with a sheet. “The Horn family. Former family of 4. Mother got it worst. Father said she needed it most. No signs of forced entry. August 22, 2025,” reads the post.
