The video showed a clip of Cleo’s face wrapped in bandages after surgery and a photo of her face healing and her making a peace sign with her hand to finally reveal the final look. Cleo Reveals What Procedures She Underwent
Cleo used the help of a glam team including a hair and makeup artist, a stylist and designer, and a videographer to film the video. She credited herself as the creative director in the caption.She thanked her followers who donated to crowdfund her first surgeryand admitted it couldn’t have happened without their help. “Trans women are women, and gender-affirming care is lifesaving care,” she added. Cleo promised her fans that she would share “more details” soon about what exactly she had done and what she would do next, and asked them to stay tuned.

Cleolater shared side-by-side photos to show her face before and after the surgery in a different post. However, some of her fans were not able to see any differences in Cleo’s face. She replied to one of these comments to explain that“3 cm of boldness” was removed from each side of her forehead. She admitted she always had to “hide” it. They also lifted her eyes and eyebrows. Additionally, Cleo’s brow bone was shaved off. Two cm of her Adam’s apple was also shaved, and her upper lip was lifted.
Only 2 cm of her Adam’s apple could be shaved without damaging her vocal cords. Cleo’s Adam’s apple used to be huge before the procedure. She thinks that she looks “snatched” now.
