1923’s extra-long Season 2 finale is completely “absurd” according to star
With the Season 2 finale, 1923 comes to an end, and star Brandon Sklenar has revealed that the final episode is a truly emotional ride.
As we go into the1923 Season 2finale, a few things are certain. There will be a major bloodbath at the Livingston train station as Jacob and Whitfield fight to see who can get their hands on Spencer first. Alex is on death’s door, traversing the frozen wasteland by herself, and Liz will be dealing with the fallout of Jack’s death.
There’s high stakes and even higher emotions going into the climatic finale of Taylor Sheridan’sYellowstoneprequel, and as we move into the next era ofDuttons, there will certainly be more casualties.
Sklenar, who plays Spencer Dutton, has given a warning to fans about the “absurd” finale, so it may be worth preparing for some heartache.

Speaking toPeople, Sklenar described the “insane” finale ahead, and even admitted that he found it difficult to prep for the episode after the script made him emotional.
“I mean, I couldn’t even prep it because it would just make me so emotional reading it. Even thinking about it, I get emotional,” he said.
But he also assured that fans “definitely won’t be disappointed,” and described the final episode as an “eater, for sure.”
“I read it and I was like, ‘Whoa, this is absurd.’ I knew it was going to be good, but I was like, this is on a level for sure. They tap into something,” he said.

1923 Season 2 Episode 7will already be a roller coaster ride thanks to the new format shake-up. Originally, it was assumed this final season would have eight episodes to match the first, but instead, Episode 7 will be a two-hour long finale event.
